More tests, not just better guesses
The advantage AI brings to advertising isn't a smarter algorithm picking the one perfect ad. It's the ability to produce and test more variations — different hooks, different pacing, different calls to action — in the time it used to take to produce one.
The businesses seeing the biggest lift aren't running one “AI ad” — they're running five variations and letting the data decide, faster than a manual process ever could.
That volume matters because ad performance is genuinely hard to predict in advance. What looks like the strongest concept on paper often isn't the one that converts. Testing more, faster, means finding the one that actually works sooner — and spending less on the ones that don't.
None of this replaces a clear offer or a real understanding of the customer. AI-produced video makes testing cheaper. It doesn't make a weak offer into a strong one.
